Hitachi Service
After signing the agreement with Hitachi Power Poland in range of Power Tools, it was natural activity to create service for tools, which is working in our company. Service is not only repairing the tools which are broken but mostly advise all clients about technical stuff.
Full offer of Hitachi Power Tools is a reason of giddiness. So our engineers and advisors are taking steps to make a well selected product for specified need of the Client.
If something insane would happen… we invite to our service.
Conditions of guarantee:
1. Hitachi Power Tools have 12 month guarantee starting within the day of buying. While this time all damages coming from imperfections while creating are repaired for free.
2. Guarantee will be respected after presenting by Client, original, visible and correctly fulfilled guarantee note. This not should include within the moment of buying:
  • date of selling
  • stamp of the selling point
  • signature of client
  • 3. The repair will be done while 14 business day starting with the day of leaving the equipment in the service. In special cases, where there is a necessity of unusual parts delivery or when the repair of tool needs opinion of an expert, the term may be changed for longer.
    4. All repairs or switching the parts normally used up are not covered by the guarantee, it should be done in authorized service and noted in the note.
    5. The importer advise to service all power tools every half a year minimum, what actually depends from the intensity of exploitation and reserves the right to not giving the guarantee in case of not filling this recommendation. It concerns specially hammer drill from “DH” series and hammers “H” series.
    6. The guarantee is not vested if :
  • the damages comes from not correct using according to instruction,
  • the tool was modified, repaired or disassembled by not authorized service,
  • the tool was used from the moment of noticing visible damages,
  • the mechanical damage of the tool,
  • the tool was overloaded,
  • the damage was done because of different parts interference in the engine and power,
  • the tool has been exploited without proper conservation,
  • in advertised tool was not table,
  • 7. Not professional power tools (with the symbol starting on “F”) exploited in craft and industry have no guarantee.
    The guarantee is offered additionally and do not deprive client of a right included in future and present acts.
    ATTENTION!
    If you notice the changes in tool while work, stop it and take the tool to the nearest service. The guarantee will be lost if not comply with this note.
    IMPORTANT
    All power tools should be delivered personally to nearest YOURS HITACHI SERVICE or selling point.
