Policy of quality
The owner, with the aim to keep the position of company on the market had to aim: to grow shares on the market, quality improvement of realized services, to offer high quality products, satisfy clients.
While company’s existing and working, the owner obligates to comply with rules, standards and client’s expectations. The usefulness of this policy, level of achieving aims, effectiveness of managing quality system are being developed on the basis of information about monitoring and scaling the processes and controlling functions of this system.
Aims of policy and obligations will be realized by:
- Higher qualifications of employees, training of knowing and understanding the aims and policy, training of quality managing,
- Using the rule of preventing disagreement as a more effective to remove,
- Qualifying and cooperation with suppliers in case of higher quality of services and products,
- Good technical support, look after work environment,
- Launching on the market better services and products on the basis of new technical and organizational solutions.
